By accessing or using the Driveway Dealers platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including both automotive dealerships and prospective car buyers.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Vehicle Listings & Accuracy

Driveway Dealers provides a specialized marketplace for automotive dealerships. While we strive to maintain high standards, please note the following:

• Accuracy: All vehicle descriptions, images, and prices are provided directly by the listing dealerships. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any listing.
• Availability: Listing availability is subject to change without notice. A vehicle shown as "Available" may have been recently sold or reserved.
• Pricing: Listed prices do not include taxes, title, licensing, or dealer fees unless explicitly stated.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose.
• To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, or laws.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• To submit false or misleading information or purposefully misrepresent vehicles for sale.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Driveway Dealers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
